USA Sports Therapy Centers are not your typical sports rehab facilities. We have the ability to treat many different conditions due to our numerous certifications, programs and services that most chiropractic or physical therapy centers do not offer. We provide the highest quality care in boutique settings and offer state of the art pain management, chiropractic care, physical therapy, enzyme therapy/nutrition, massage therapy, custom foot orthotics, acupuncture, diagnostic testing, x-rays, yoga for the injured, and personal training at three state-of-the-art facilities in North Miami, Aventura (Turnberry Country Club) and Plantation, Florida. We are the only center in south Florida to offer the Alter-G Treadmill (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YptyOI9A0ZM) Treatments include unique methodologies designed to relieve each of our patients' symptoms based on their diagnosis and goals. Once out of pain, we work with our patients to return them to sport, not only pain free, but also help them improve their level of play while decreasing further injury.
On your first visit to our office, which usually takes one hour, you will receive a comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examination, and a bio-mechanical assessment. X-rays will be taken if warranted. These tests will give us the necessary information to design a personalized therapy program right for you.
Our office is as paperless as a medical facility can be. When you schedule your intial consultation, the office will email you a website with a personalized password where you can fill out our intial intake forms. To save approximately 30 minutes on your first visit, fill out the forms at your own leisure prior to your first visit. This is for the patient's benefit and we highly recommend you do so.
